Very Berry Granola

If there’s a recipe I’ve made more than any, it’s this one. It all started with a Royal Wedding celebration brunch; I couldn’t tell you any other dish we had that day but this granola has lived on, cycling through a whole host of incarnations making it almost unrecognisable from the initial recipe I found in Jamie magazine. I’ve lost count of the number of family members who’ve been gifted a cellophane bag full of granola at Christmas… but when they start requesting it in November you know you’re onto a winner 😉 It’s the recipe I use for birthday brunches
